Project Manager

Salary:             £30,311 per annum

Hours:              35 Hours per Week

                       Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm

Contract:          Dependent on Funding (Initial Period until 31 August 2018).

STAMP Revisited has over 20 years experience in providing a high quality advocacy service for people affected by mental health issues across Middlesbrough, Redcar & Cleveland and Stockton-On-Tees.

Following a successful funding application to the Henry Smith Charity we are now in the position to offer a passionate, highly motivated and committed Project Manager the opportunity to join our team.  

The individual will have responsibility for the day to day management, and will lead a small team who will ensure that our clients are empowered and supported to express their views and concerns, access information and services crucial to their well-being and recovery, defend and promote their rights and responsibilities and explore their choices and options.

You will be expected to work alongside our Trustees with joint responsibility for:

Excellent communication, prioritisation and organisational skills are needed as well as strong relationship and networking skills as you will also be responsible for marketing and promoting our organisation to external audiences.  

Building effective relationships and creating partnerships with key organisations and other stakeholders, managing risk and ensuring staff development needs are met will also form part of your responsibilities.

You will need to be capable of working independently as well as part of a team and be able to support and provide direction and guidance to motivate staff and volunteers.  

You will have excellent inter-personal skills and supervisory experience in advocacy, in a health, social care or voluntary setting and will have significant experience of working with vulnerable adults and a good understanding of the issues faced by those with mental health issues.  

A driving license and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this role.
